Harbor Lakes in Palmas Del Mar is a guard-gated neighborhood with five community pools.
All the units have three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, and what I like about it is that the kitchen, the living room, the dining room, the bedrooms, and the bathrooms are within one floor.
Some units have a garden level, so you have access directly from the parking. Or, it’s a walk-down unit that you have some garden in the back. Or, you can have a penthouse unit for which you have to take some stairs up, but the nice thing is that you get an extra terrace space.
This community is great if you want to explore Palmas de Mar because it is close to the Palmanova Plaza, where all the restaurants are, and it’s a short golf cart or car drive away from the beach and other key points in the community.
If you want to invest in a property that can generate income, Harbor Lakes is a great community because it allows short-term rentals.
Another thing I like about Harbour Lakes is that you have great space for value. All units are either 1,533 sq ft for the Garden level or 1,800 sq ft for the Penthouse level.
In addition to that, you get two car parking spaces and one golf cart parking space.
